1. Acceptance

By using Nerdhook, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use Nerdhook on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that company.

2. Service description

Nerdhook provides an AI support workspace that can use approved business content to help generate responses for customer support and website assistance.

3. Accounts and access

You are responsible for keeping your Google, GitHub, and workspace access secure. You must not share access with unauthorized users or attempt to access another workspace without permission. Nerdhook may require Google confirmation before sensitive account security actions, including logging out other active devices.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of content you upload or connect to Nerdhook. You grant Nerdhook permission to process that content only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to break security controls, upload unlawful content, violate others' rights, reverse engineer protected systems, or use Nerdhook to generate harmful or deceptive output.

6. AI output

AI-generated answers may be incomplete or inaccurate. Your team is responsible for reviewing responses and deciding how to use them with customers.

7. Availability

We work to keep Nerdhook reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, provider outages, and security issues may affect availability.

8. Termination

You may stop using Nerdhook at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if there is misuse, security risk, non-payment, or violation of these terms.

9. Session management

Nerdhook may show account holders active session information such as device type, browser, IP address, approximate location label, and last activity time. You may use account settings to request logout from other devices, but you remain responsible for securing your external login provider accounts.
