We may collect account information such as your name, email address, authentication provider, workspace details, and login metadata. If your team connects support content or knowledge base files, we may process that content to provide the service.

We use information to provide login access, manage workspaces, generate knowledge-aware answers, maintain security, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and communicate important service updates.
4. OAuth login
When you sign in with Google or GitHub, Nerdhook receives basic profile information allowed by the provider. We do not receive your Google or GitHub password.
5. Business content
Content connected to Nerdhook remains your business content. We use it to provide responses inside your workspace and to operate the service. Do not upload content that you do not have permission to use.
6. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with trusted service providers needed for hosting, authentication, analytics, security, and customer support.
7. Data security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect user and workspace data. No online system is perfectly secure, but we work to reduce risk and respond quickly to security issues.
8. Data retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Workspace owners may request deletion where applicable.
