Checks

Connection troubleshooting

No Facebook Pages returned

Confirm the authorizing Facebook user has full access to the Page and accepted every requested permission.

Facebook receives no messages

Verify the callback and verify token, check the subscribed fields, then use Refresh connection in Nerdhook.

TikTok permission unavailable

Finish developer verification and the separate Business Messaging access or privacy review. Regular advertising scopes do not replace message-management access.

Keep credentials safe

Never paste provider secrets into support messages, screenshots, public documentation, frontend JavaScript, or committed environment files.
